Thriving Lives Fitness LLC provides fitness, nutrition and lifestyle coaching information and services. Use the website lawfully and submit accurate information. Completing an application or requesting a consultation does not create a paid coaching agreement or guarantee acceptance, availability or particular results. Program pricing, payment, scheduling, cancellation and other service terms are provided separately before you enroll.

Website content and coaching education are not medical diagnosis, treatment or a replacement for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult your clinician about medical conditions, medication, exercise limitations or changes affecting your health. Individual experiences and results vary.

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the Thriving Lives Fitness LLC SMS program.

Thriving Lives Fitness LLC offers optional text messaging for people who expressly opt in. You may independently select informational messages, marketing messages, both, or neither. Informational texts cover coaching inquiry responses, consultations, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes and client service updates. Marketing texts cover coaching program information, lead follow-ups, ongoing coaching information, special offers and promotions. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may submit an application without checking either SMS consent box. We send messages according to your selected categories. Consent to informational messages does not by itself authorize promotional messages.

Message frequency varies according to your interactions, appointments, services and selected message categories. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and replies you send. Your mobile carrier can answer questions about your messaging or data plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery and availability are not guaranteed.

To cancel texts, reply STOP to 913-398-8988. A confirmation message may be sent to acknowledge your opt-out; you will then receive no further program texts unless you opt in again. To rejoin, complete the opt-in process again and select the message categories you want. Reply HELP for assistance, email marcus@thrivinglivesfitness.com, or call 913-398-8988.

Only provide a mobile number you own or are authorized to use. Notify us if your number changes so that messages do not go to a new owner. Opting out of SMS does not cancel a coaching agreement or prevent essential communication by other available channels.

Website materials belong to Thriving Lives Fitness LLC or their respective owners. You may use them for your own personal information; do not reproduce or distribute them commercially without permission. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

We may revise these website and messaging terms by posting an updated version here. New consent will be obtained where required. Changes do not retroactively replace a separate signed coaching agreement.
